i was in the hospital for a week total between two different occasions and i had doctors notes for both times. When i called my boss, he told me to

I was fired after my boss advised me under text not to worrry about coming to work but to take care of my health. I did exactly what I was advised to do and provided a note to prove I was having medical issues. Before coming back to work, i called explaining the situation and he said not to worry about losing my job just to take care of myself. I have text messages from my prior boss advising me to miss work twice and I even went sick as well. I had notes for all days missed then when I came back to work, with no warnings or write ups or even any disciplinary conversations at all, i was fired out of nowhere. Is this wrongful termination?

Hello. More information is necessary to determine what your right are, including the nature of your job, the size of the company and very importantly - the specific nature of your medical condition that resulted in your absence. You should discuss your situation with an experienced local employment attorney.

Thanks,
