Another employee may have interfered with me moving onto another job.
I am a cook and the other employee is a cook. We work in an isolated location and my leaving for another employment opportunity means he would have to stay. I am leaving whether or not I get a job, but he seems to be trying to get me to stay if I don't have one and keeps heavily hinting that I am not getting another one. I am currently trying to gather evidence and would like to know if there is anything I can do if this is the case.
