I filed for unemployment In Washington State because I was terminated after almost 27 years for not passing DOT physical. My employer told unemployment office that the reason I didn't pass physical was because drug test came up positive for marijuana. I have to call back and explain what happened in detail by voice message and I do not want any of that info. recorded. What should I do?
