Granted vacation pay by TWC. Employer appealed If employer loses in appeal am I entitled to additional money due to them losing appeal?
Terminated and employer refused to pay earned vacation. Filed with TWC and they awarded my vacation pay. Employer appealed and is now wanting me to cancel hearing in lieu of them paying me. Don't trust them at all. Am I entitled to additional funds should they lose the appeal?
