Final paycheck missing wages
I live in Arizona and recently left my job for another one after giving two weeks notice in writing. My ex employer agreed to allow me to stay on through the two weeks. On my last day my employer and I sat down and conducted an exit interview and completed termination paperwork. My employer agreed in writting to pay me my two weeks pay, my unused vacation days (7days), 44 hours of PTO and my 1st quarter profit bonus since I worked through the last day of the quarter and met the profit margin percentage to be eligible. I recently recieved my final pay check and I was only paid for one weeks worth of pay. How do I go about getting the rest of my pay that was agreed to by my employer in writting?
