False Job Opportunity

My question is if I was hired for a certain position and then after I started my position wasn't what I was told I was hired for. Is there any action I can take especially If I left a position for it because I was told I would make more money. Then I made less and suffered financially?

Misrepresentation

If the new employer either intentionally or negligently made a false statement of fact about what you would earn in the job, you may have a claim. You should review the details with an attorney.
