Do I have a case?
I recently had surgery at the hospital I work for. A nurse in the room taking care of me apparently called my job and started talking to the office nurse about my case. When I brought up the privacy law the hospital is blowing it off and I am in jeopardy of losing my job. The office nurse since I said something has been making really uncomfortable by being really short and rude. She has also been talking about me behind my back.....do I have a case or what steps do I need to take next.?
