Do I have a Case??

In a previously submitted complaint form that was filed with the EEOC against my former employer, The Hilton Charlotte Center City Hotel.
I am filing a lawsuit against the manager of security, Ms. Marie Wallace, and security officer, Whitney Fowler, for what I believe were acts of discrimination against me as a female employee.
Marie Wallace always treated me unfairly when it came to my work schedule and allowing me the right to work an equal amount of hours as the other employees. Other employees who had less seniority than me were always given more hours. I was also told by coworkers that Ms Wallace made disrespectful remarks about my ethnic look such as my hair to other coworkers. Ms. Wallace became aware of a personal matter regarding me. She was told this information by my former co-worker, Whitney Fowler. I have a DWI on my record. Hilton hotel work equipment was used to investigate my background and then these two aforementioned individuals subsequently contacted my present employer, Allied Barton Security. This information was faxed to Allied Barton Security’s Human Resources department. I believe this was malicious intent on their part to defame my character and have me terminated from Allied Barton Security.
I was told that the cause of my termination with the Hilton Hotel had something to do with me having an outside security contractor from another facility in an employees’ only authorized area; however, I strongly believe that the background check and discovery of the DWI charge on my record was the due cause of my termination as well as Mrs. Wallace discrimination towards me being a female.
I have two witness, one know that my manager Marie Wallace submitted a fax from the job Hilton Hotel with intentions to cause termination from my employment with Allied Barton security. In which two days later I recieved a call and email from my Human Resources department asking me to explain my Dui charge. This never occur before and I have been a employee with Allied for seven years. Plus my job does not require me to operate a vehicle. The other witness was a coworker that worked for the Hilton Hotel at the time of my employment and witness the slander and disrespectful remarks that the manager Marie Wallace stated about my ethnic look from my hair, taking me off the schedule for weeks at a time not giving me hours stating lies that the schedule had to be down size due to budget but everyone else who was working in my department at that the hilton was getting over time and more hours then i did who had less senority then I.
I strongly need someone to tell me if invesigation is taken place, would my current employment release the information that they recieved an outside tip and fax from another individual or employment that is tried to cause termination at my job? and would I have a strong case towards the Manager Marie Wallace and the Company itself Hilton Hotel?
If there is a Lawyer who feels that I do strongly have a case here and would like to sit down and speak with me by phone or in person. I am willing to pay a consultation fee between $20-$100. Thank you
