Can I sue for wrongful termination?

had to go in to work on an unscheduled day it was a Sunday. I have worked for this company for a total of almost ten years. That Sunday I went in to help get wastewater caught up do we didn’t flood but the caustic pump was broke so I had to get with maintenance to fix it. I had dinner plans with my kids that day so I got it fixed and left wastewater running and ran to the bathroom to change into my regular clothes so I could go home. I put on booties and safety glasses and went back to turn wastewater off. I had my boyfriend pick me up because like I said we was running late. I have to use this app on my phone to clock in and out because the Kronos machine will not read my finger prints and hr said she did not know how to fix it. So this app they gave me doesn’t work for me a lot of the time it freezes and I have had problems with it since I got it and my boss is always having to fix my time. I tried to clock out but it was just froze again. Anyways I walked out of wastewater doors where he picked me up and when we was done I had him drop me by my car. We left and the next time I grabbed my phone the app had unfroze I guess and when I grabbed my phone it accidentally clicked me out. I went to work Monday and was going to tell my boss about it but he was in meetings every time I stopped by. I also was having problems with wastewater so we never got to talk . Come Tuesday I had already forgot . We have had issues all week and I have my own business I’m running as well and it slipped my mind. A week later they called me into hr and fired me. I have had issues with hr about them violating my hippa rights when I had the corona and she has not liked me since. It was an honest mistake and I don’t feel I should have got fired. It was an honest mistake.
