Can I sue for being unpaid or sue if they fire me?
This girl at work said someone sent her husband a Facebook message saying she cheated on him. She accused me or my co workers of doing it. She received my phone number from my babies father without my approval. She called me & left 4 long voice messages & 2 text messages. Insulting me, name calling, and saying she will bring it to the job. She also had her husband send me a message on facebook threatning to come to the job and beat me up as well as beat up my son. I reported this to the job and provided the messages. They put me on administrative leave and i believe she is also on leave. Can I sue for being unpaid or sue if they fire me?
