Can I be fired because employees openly mock me, turn me away from jobs I am required to do, and then make up lies about me so they get their way?
Ok, so I work for AMC theaters as a busser. My job is to simply clean theaters and run trays. Recently, I am having problems with my coworkers because they do not want to work with me. They have lied about me to my boss, they have openly mocked me in the workplace, and I have informed my boss of this and nothing has happened.
