unemployment issues due to appeal

I got terminated from long john silvers for a breech of contract. they said i thew a piece of chicken at my manager. I didn't threw the piece of chicken at my manager. I tossed it at him. the reason was he was harassing me calling me fat. I tried telling to stop, but he did not listen. so i tossed a piece of chicken at him. He pushed me to the ground. after that me and him both apologized, and continued working. i was unsure what part of handbook i breech. she never told me. so i filed for unemployment. two weeks later the boss from long john's silvers called me asked if i wanted to come back. i said yes. she was going to get me back good, but after only working three days I was told i was not allowed to come. so i was terminated again. now Long john silvers is trying to appeal the decision of me recieving benifits under section 402(e). should i worry
