right to sue fromm eeoc under vii

i have just got my letter to sue from eeoc and i think i have several issues sexual discrimination to a male by male supervisor ie pinching pulling of arm hair, on job harassing phone calls while i am at work and he is at home, harrassing phone calls to me while im at home and he is at home, oral promise for raise promotion, defamation while on disibility, bogus write up of poor job performance, demotion, job abandonment, retalliation for being on disibility ie if i ever go out on disibility again dont come back, defamation telling employees i quit because i sold my house? many of these issues i have already made reports to my supervisors bosses with no investigation conducted i have been with large manufacturing company for 18 years and i am a union protected employee who has been doing out of class work for 8-10 years meaning that of a supervisor i have a paper trail from here to china with wittnesses and documintation mine and other supervisors ie emails of inappropriate behavior by this department head what would be the best approach for all these claims due to the fact i work for a huge baked goods company in california these acqusations are true and backed with plenty of evidence with employee and union backing sincerly greendog

see a lawyer now!

if you have received a right to sue letter from the eeoc, you may only have ninety days to file a court complaint to protect your rights. you need to see an attorney experienced in employment law, and especially in harassment matters, right away to see if your case should be filed in federal or state court, and if so, where.
there is an attorney in your community, kenneth weidmann, jr., who is a member of the california employment lawyers association. do not know him, but i assume from that that he is experienced in these issues. please contact him, and tell him i sent you. if he cannot help you, you are welcome to call me for another referral.
good luck
