responding to a TRO

I live in Tampa, but have been sued in Ohio for material breach of a non-compete as stated in the executed contract. I found out on 10/1 that the court has set plaintiff's motion for TRO for 10/6. I have not seen the complaint, have not had time to find a lawyer and can not attend the 10/6 conference. What can I submitt to the court to delay the 10/6, so that I can respond accordingly?

Thanks for the insight

TRO

You need to hire an Ohio attorney immediately. Go to www.nela.org. On the left side of the page is a box - Find a lawyer. Enter the city and state and it will then display a list of members.
