being sued for material breach

I live in FL, but signed a non-compete, whcih is governed by Ohio law. I found out that in 3 days the court has set plaintiff's motion for a temporary restraining order. How can I contact the court to delay this process. I have not seen the complaint, not had time to locate an attorney and can not attend the conference re: the TRO. What must be sent to the court to obtain additional time to prepare for said motion.

Thank you

Material Breach

Where is the hearing being held - in Florida or in Ohio? In any case, you need to contact an attorney immediately. In order to postpone the hearing, file a Motion for Continuance with the court and ask for additional time to prepare for the hearing. You need to do this 1st thing Monday morning, then get to an attorney.
