possible intoxicated employee and handling it
If we have an employee who we believe to be intoxicated and we pull them from the floor and force them to get home safely (taxi service on call) could they file any type of lawsuit against us since we do not know for sure they are impaired? Is that a type of invasion of privacy or violation of rights or even slander?
