retaliation

Do you know of any success or question in reguards to wrongfull suspension for unknowingly handling damaged product, then being terminated for the blame?
There is more to add to this though I wish not to fill up your question forum needlessly with a complicated explaination.
At the risk of sounding over cautiuos this appears to be the verge of a wrongfull termination issue.

at will

It is employment at will in Texas. That means the company can fire you for a bogus reason as long as they are not violating one of the laws such as discrimination based upon race, etc. For a more comprehensive list of employment laws in Texas, go to www.houstonattorneys.com
