my positive drug test said on the papework that the report was delayed due to missing or incomplete info
I got a positive result on a dot drug test of 256nl/ml for d meth... how could it get though the intial test with the cutoff of 500nl/ml. on the confimation test it didn't show no amphetamine at all just d meth of 256nl...on the paperwork for 256nl result it says report was delayed due to missing or incomplete information..my drug took 3 weeks from collection to mro calling me with a positive result
