is there a time limit on return of drug testing?
I ran into a door at work and hit my nose. I was engrossed in my cell phone. I reported it as we are required. They made me take ,a drug test which I am fine with . due to having a urinary tract infection I could not pee the appropriate amount for the test that they have at work . they sent it off to lab core which is a local company . it has been 5 business days now and . still they are giving me the run around at work . I was suspended without pay awaiting results of the test . do I have any rights I am not worried about the test results I've never done drugs in my life however I am 2 paychecks away from being homeless . do I have any recourse ?

Your question raises more practical than legal questions, you should call the lab and see what the problem is, if any, and when the results will be reported to your employer. If they confirm that they have already reported this, go in prepared to report for work and have a discussion with HR, the supervisor or whomever you would contact. This should be resolved and you may want ot see an employment lawyer near you now.
