Is there a statue of limitations on a company for fasley accusing a employee of failing a drug test

I was falsely accused of failing a drug test in 2011 by
a company medic. Afterwards the company limo took me to a company clinic and I paid for a drug screen and passed. Gave them (company) about a week and gave them a call and informed them that I had took a drug test at there contacted clinic and passed. They called the clinic and verified that I had passed which I did not release are tell the clinic to release my medical records which i paid for.

I'm not sure I understand whether you have an issue with the accusation of failing the first test or with the lab releasing the second test results to the employer.
