I was offered a job pending a drug test and a physical-I passed the physical fine and the drug test came back with questions. I proved that I was on medication & that is what it was in the drug test. I am know being denied employment based on the fact that they are afraid I cant life 75 lbs, although there Dr says I can.

My opinion is that you probably have no case against the employer. Since you passed the physical but not the drug test, I am inferring that the medication caused them to check more carefully and then you failed the physical. You can always discuss this with EEOC without charge. 317-226-7212
