The payroll company who makes deductions from my paycheck and sends my W-2 every year, has been making deduction mistakes, as well as sending me a W-2 from 2014 showing the wrong AGI on one of three Boxes that are suppose to be the same. after speaking tom the supervisor of the payroll company, she claimed they were not at fault for the mistakes. What do I do?

When you say mistake, I assume you are referring to an incorrect withholding amount. This, however, resulted in you receiving more money in your paychecks. That money will now have to be paid to the IRS if you did not pay in enough through the withholdings. Likely not what you wanted to here, but hope it helps.
