my director changed my hours on several of my timesheets

I am salaried, so while this didn't affect my pay,the director did charge my PTO balance for several pay weeks because I was waiting for IT to reset a password, which took them 8 or 9 days. I complained that per the FLSA it wasn't legal to dock my pto (which I view as compensation) and report me as "away without leave" when I had been working all along. He did change the timesheets back, but the next day I was called into a meeting and PIP'd for the vague excuse of "performance issues". I feel this is a rather transparent attempt at retaliating against me for complaining about his attempt at docking my PTO. Now, I am on a more expensive (for me) schedule where I have to pay for parking, tolls, etc. I also have lost my ability to work remote 50% of the time. What should I do?
