laid off while pregnant

I recently told my company I was pregnant and then got laid off in the next round of lay-offs (the 3rd round for the company). There were 6 people in my group laid off and I was the only one pregnant. Is this legal?

You may have a case

You may have a case, but it depends upon the circumstances surrounding who is being laid off. I would suggest that you obtain a consultation to discuss your facts in greater detail.
