incorrect accrual time Corrected in 2 weeks. Is the legal ?
adp shows that my accrual pto is currently 300. my company says that is a mistake to be corrected in 2 wks.
Effectively, my pto accrued will be cut down to 175 (maximum allowed)
I've asked my manager sometime in the past. He said Calif has an exempt, that "cap" is not alllowed in Calif
