can you recieve write up for injuring yourself on job with theats of termination if injured again
after ijuring my back on the job7-28-09, i came back to a write up for injuring myself withthreats termination if any more injurys occur. today 8-10-09 when i retuned to work is the first time i was told about this policy that they say took effect june 1 09. immediatly after the accident my h.r. gave me the papers for the drug screen but no packet for workers comp. or perscriptions. went to ER and was taken out of work b/c could not walk.currently on modified duty. drug scrren fine. please let me know what you think. thank you
