What can I do about my wrongful termination?

I was recently terminated by my employer, and on the day before termination I had reported one of my residents for inappropriately touching myself and others while trying to perform care. We were all questioned that morning, later on in the afternoon I was brought back in to write a statement about what had occurred. While in there I was questioned again about the events that happened I was being interrogated by my bosses I became very upset and excused myself to calm down and told them I would be back to finish writing my statement. I then walked outside to get some air, they then followed me outside and told me that I needed to clock out and go home until further notice. The next day I called our administrator and she informed me that I was no longer employed there due to insubordination. What are my options on dealing with this and should I pursue legal action?
