What are my rights against a false workplace sexual harassment accusation
I am a local truck driver and make pick up and delivery stops throughout the DFW area. I am a male and was confronted by my employer that another male at a delivery site has accused me of sexual harassment against him. This is a false claim and I am outraged, but I need to know what my rights are as an employee and how to protect myself.
