What are my options when my employer refuses to pay company expenses?

I have traveled to many trade shows putting all business expenses on a personal AMEX card. The company has gone through a reorganization. However, now that the reorg is complete, the company is renamed and will only pay for 1/3 of the expenses (which still leaves more than I can claim in small claims.) They also want me to sign a form that prevents me from efforts to obtain the remaining balance on the credit card, cell phone and any unpaid salary? I have been on unemployment and state assistance for the last six months and cannot afford to pay an attorny. What options are available to me?
