What are my options when I signed something after an incident?

I worked at a gym for just over 2 years. They were recently bought by another gym. They are still in the process of transferring everything over. Today I made an honest mistake by telling a gym member something and was told they didn't want me working there anymore. They then had me fill out the new hire papers to get paid for today. I realized after that I signed the confidentiality paper after the incident so I technically hadn't agreed to it yet. Do I have any options and am I eligible for unemployment?
