Was fired,employer claims,"final warning to you regarding negative and counterproductive language, attitudes, and emotions or behaviours in the classroom" Never received one warning on any of the above,Did : ask to be paid for a 2,5 hour mandatory staff meeting, Did express that the Aid in the classroom is affecting the wellbeing of infants/toddlers. Did point out the unsafe hazardous things or area in the classroom. Did fall in the classroom told to file a workman's claim. they did inform me that I was to become a floater (demoted) and not a Teacher in the classroom. I did get fired. Teaching for 22 + years. Is this a case of Retaliation?
