Should I sue? or Just Walk away
I had money that was taken from me from a supervisor and he threaten my job if I talk or told HR. Then I advised him if he didn't give money back I would report him, He then started writing me up and had his friends assaulted and harass me, I went to HR and she said she would take me off his team and shift so I would be safe, had another co-worker watching having my back, Then over the next few weeks I was threaten and almost hit by one of the people I reported, went back to HR and they told me that I was over reacting and I need to chill before I am fired, They were told that I went to EECO and that I cant be trusted I was fired. I have my supervisor on recording admitting to everything
