Seeking advice on how to cut employee benefits

Health Insurance Questions:

1) Is it legislated what percent a company must pay of employee medical benefits?

2) Can we go from paying 50% of all insurance (employee and family) to paying 50% of employee only? How much notice do we have to give the current employees or do we have to grandfather the change?

Do not expect free advice on how to cut benefits

I take it you're asking this question as an employer, and you indicate you are not willing to pay for getting this advice. I would like some of your products or services for free before I would be willing to give you free advice on how to cut benefits for your employees.
