Retaliated and Harrassed for taking med leave of absence.

I was terminated from my employment (just recently) based upon false allegations submitted into HR by my supervisor. I rebutted to each of the false allegations. Somehow my rebuttal was omitted from my personal file at the time I was terminated. A year ago, I had come back from a medical leave of absence. My boss started to complain about my work. I was then retaliated and harrassed in the hostile work environment. I complained to HR and nothing was done. So, recently I was terminated.
