Repayment of relocation Monies
I have left the company before the 2 years in my relocation agreement. However with just cause. Racial issues have plagued this plant for years and come to find out the HR department knows about it and continues to sweep it under the carpet. Its so bad people take off MLK day without calling in...and nobody says a word and I mean nobody. Normally I would pay and move on but not with these conditions I have explained. Is this destructive discharge? Any insight is appreciated, Thanks.
