Repayment of signing bonus and relocation expenses

After seven months of employment I am considering leaving my company. I received relocation compensation, a signing bonus, and a one-time interest free loan (payments are deducted from my salary for 1 year) I am concerned about having to repay these costs.

In my offer letter no mention of repayment terms were mentioned. When I received the one-time loan, I signed a form stating I would repay the balance should leave in 1 year.

I never signed anything relating to repayment of the signing bonus or relocation expenses.

Could my employer make me repay these expenses?
