PTO and Sick time request before unplanned mutual parting

I requested PTO for New Years Eve (last Tuesday) and unfortunately had to call out sick this past Monday and half day Tuesday and requested to use sick time. Today due to long term verbal a use by my employer I suggested we part ways (I did not mention my reasons but gave hers, that she did not know where to put me in the office and she agreed). I reminded the clinical staff manager that I wanted to make sure I got my PTO for the NYEve and my sick day Monday and half Tuesday. She told me I wouldnt get it because I quit without notice. Is this correct?
