My position was eliminated but there are 2 other people that have the same position.....
I recently lost my job and the reason I was given was that my position was eliminated. The problem is that I worked with two other employees that had the same title and position that I had and they are still working. If my position was eliminated, shouldn't they be out of a job too? Do I have a case against my former employer? Thanks.
