Can you be eliminated from a position and then the same position be posted

I was let go and told that the position was being eliminated and less than 2 months later the position was posted. There were minors problems with management in the past but no yearly evaluations was performed no ground were there from termination.

Obviously, questions are raised if the very same position is posted. Whether the action taken is illegal is a more complicated question involving the analysis of what the facts are. If you think that a law may have been broken, you need to realize that you have a limited period of time within which you can file a complaint with the state or federal government.
