My husband was fired 2 weeks after earning 1 week vac. Should he get paid for that?
My husband was fired from Dollar Tree after 8 months. Reason: Over the course of 8 months, he forgot to take 2 - 10 min. breaks and one 30 min. lunch. Is he entitled to get paid for that earned vacation week? He earned that week 2 weeks before he got fired.
