My father claimed on his taxes for 6 years that he had paid me a salary of $6000/yr for working for his company. However, he never actually paid me any money. Would I have a case if I tried to get him to pay me the money now?
as stated in the question - from the time I was 12 to 17 my dad "paid" me $6000/yr, according to his accounting records and taxes. but I never received that money. would I be able to collect that money in court?
