My employer (GYN Stuart, FL) was caught by FBI for fraudulent Medicare billing, etc. her office was being shut down, I feel I was let go for a ridiculous incident as an excuse to let me go. Is there a provision for my losing a job after 9 years (never call

I personally feel the GYN Dr I worked for for 9 years used an opportunity to let me go, knowing her office was about to close due to her being caught by FBI for Medicare fraudulent billing, among other insurance companies, trial by jury was Mar 23, she was charged for 23 counts out of 29, and was sentenced for 2 years starting this June 24.
The incident she used was: during summer 2018 it was evident her schedule had dwindled, as did the number of ultrasounds I was used to doing for her, there was less work that needed to be done, so I was learning their electronic medical record system to help with the incoming phone calls. At first they would rave how well I would handle the calls getting all the pertinent info needed in order to make the messages easier for the girls. Because of a misunderstanding of where to send the information of one patient's message to the nurse practitioner, that didn't end up in the right place, this had upset the nurse practitioner, who then complained to the doctor, in which the next day, a Friday, the doctor called me in her office Aug 2018, to terminate me. I was meanwhile, a witness for the upcoming trial in Mar. Do I have any rights for the loss of income I am now suffering, because of her crime??
