My boss cut my hours. Can I quit and apply UI?
My boss cut my hours about 3 weeks ago.
And he said that he still has some jobs for me but he does not know when he gets the jobs. So, whenever he gets more jobs he would call me.
After 2 weeks without working, he called me. I worked for full time for this week (40hr).
However, after this week, I don’t know when he will call me again for more work.
Is this a good reason to quit my job and still eligible to receive UI?
