My benefit rate was reduced without notice.

I was collecting from 11/2008 - 8/2009.
I got a job in 8/2009 and worked until the end of 8/2010.
I was receiving 600 per week from my 2010 claim and last week they went back to the rate of my 2008 claim, without prior notice.
