Manager being demoted
My boss is demoting from a manager stasis to a QA Engineer status. She claims i have poor leadership skills, which she never conveyed to me throughout the year. She also told other staff members about my demotion prior to telling me.
Was any of my rights violated here? Or should I just take the demotion and be thankful I have a job.
