It was a long time ago, but I was wondering if it was legal back around 2002/2003 for a company to take me off of a project for filing a complaint about a co-worker, who they kept on that project.

I worked for a large corporation and followed their guidelines for complaining about a co-worker that made comments at work about how the Nazi's would measure the size of Jew's skulls...etc...additional micro comments were made as well criticizing my work and taunting scenarios and belittling. I was moved to another project, and expressed my discontent for being moved but was shewed away.
