Is this wrongful termination???

My boss terminated me on the spot after telling him (owner of company) he was required by federal law to pay me for all hours I worked including overtime hours (he had been refusing to pay) and if he didn't pay me for those hours I would report him. I have supporting documentation and the HR rep from ADP happened to be there for a meeting and was witness to all of this take place. My boss, the owner, has offered me two weeks severance pay and a separation agreement he wants me to sign. In the separation agreement it states that I would have no further rights to make claims of any nature. I have not signed it and really feel strongly about this being wrongful termination. Please advise. Thank you!
