Is this wrongful termination if so what do I do next?
I never had a flu shot in 13 yrs at my job. last yr they started a new policy to receive the flu vaccine. I didn't get it because of my religious beliefs. So they said I have to wear a mask around the children . I tried but, my asthmas kept acting up. I couldn't breath in it. I asked why other people didn't have to wear the mask around the children. Volunteers ect. I was told to go to the Doc. to get a letter (I did) then the said they didn't have any openings for me. All my co-workers knew I was fired except for me, I found out after my friends called me at 11:30pm. I was told by the company president , When black people speak up it intimidate white people.
