Is this grounds for wrongful termination?

A co-worker went to a supervisor and stated I was supposedly sleep on the job. I wasn’t sleep but simply had my head down due to having a migraine. The job has FMLA documentation of my migraines and I offered to provide the list of medications that I take. The company never asked for them. The supervisor never once spoke to me directly but just went off of hearsay. I would’ve been with the company for four years in January and never had any disciplinary actions against me.
