What is the statute of limitations for discrimination?

Can you please tell me the statue of limitations in Tennessee for suing and employer for wrongful termination and sexual discrimination? The employer is stalling regarding re-instatement and I am afraid to wait too long if I do decide to sue. Thank you so much for your time.
